How It Works

The Thrift pays out via direct deposit (ACH) through Dwolla. It is the consignor's responsibility to create their Consignor Access account and fill out the information under the SimpleACH tab. This is how we are able to send your payments, so please do so!

Any time you would like to initiate a payout from your Consignor Balance, you must fill out the Payout Initiation Form under the "Payouts" tab. The payment will take 2-5 business days to transfer into your bank account. Please note: You may request a direct deposit payout as often as you'd like, and there will be a $2.50 transfer fee that is deducted from your balance each payout.

-For payments of $20 or less, consignors may be paid out via cash in store anytime during or after the consignment period upon request. Just come in and ask :)

- You may also use your Consignor Balance towards purchases at any time.
